Ryan grew up in the Pittsburgh area playing for the Amateur Penguins and the Junior B Pittsburgh Renegades and played for the 1999 Midget AAA National Champions Shattuck St.-Mary's Prep School.
Ryan subsequently attended Penn State University, where he earned a degree in Commercial Recreation, and won three ACHA Division 1 National Championships as a member of the Icers. Ryan then turned his attention to coaching where he was an Assistant to the Head Coach at Penn State and interned with the Pittsburgh Penguins front office under Head Scout Greg Malone and Director of Player Development Herb Brooks. Coach Carter has been trained by a renowned European figure skating instructor and has been running specialized hockey clinics for over 20 years. Through his teaching methods, many of his students have gone on to achieve Division 1 college hockey scholarships and have made US National teams and the US Women's Olympic team. Some of his former students have also been drafted and play in the NHL.
Greg played NCAA Division 1 hockey with the University of Massachusetts - Lowell. Upon completion of his education, Greg played in the ECHL for the Dayton Bombers of the Minnesota North Stars organization.
Coach Carter has won five USA Hockey National Championships.
Jason Gordon is a USA Hockey Level Two Certified coach who competed for Fredonia State University and Duquesne University from 1987 to 1991. Jason has coached Canevin high school and the South Park Eagles high school team where he led the team to an undefeated championship season. He was most recently the assistant coach of the Arctic Foxes Midget A Minor team where his team finished 14-2-2 and won the regular season PAHL championship.
Coach Marc Voit, a USA Hockey Level 5 Masters Coach, has won four PAHL Championships at the Mite and Squirt levels and recently served as the assistant coach to the USA Hockey National Championship Runner Up Team Pittsburgh 98's.

Chelsea Walkland grew up in Rochester, New York where she played for the Rochester Americans and Rochester Edge hockey clubs. She then played for the Robert Morris University NCAA Division 1 women's hockey team.
Chelsea graduated from RMU in May 2010 with a BSBA degree in Sport Management. She is currently earning a Masters degree in Instructional Leadership while also working in Hockey Operations as a Graduate Assistant for the Robert Morris University women's ice hockey team.
