Direct of Player Development - Under 13
Larry brings 26 years of coaching experience with the Pittsburgh Junior B Penguins and the Pittsburgh Amateur Penguins AAA teams achieving a top 15 national ranking at the Pee Wee, Bantam Minor, and Bantam Major levels. Larry's most recent team finished in the Elite 8 of the USA Hockey National Championship.
Team Pittsburgh U16 Girls Head Coach
Coach Carter has been trained by a renowned European figure skating instructor and has been running specialized hockey clinics for over 20 years. Through his teaching methods, many of his students have gone on to achieve Division 1 college hockey scholarships and have made US National teams and the US Women's Olympic team. Some of his former students have also been drafted and play in the NHL.
Greg played NCAA Division 1 hockey with the University of Massachusetts - Lowell. Upon completion of his education, Greg played in the ECHL for the Dayton Bombers of the Minnesota North Stars organization.
Coach Carter has one five USA Hockey National Championships.

Brianne has been a member of the US Women's Under 22 Select Team for the 2008 Under-22 Series with Canada as well as a member of the 2010 US AHockey Women's Olympic team in Vancouver. Prior to being on the olympic stage, Brianne played four years of NCAA Division 1 hockey at Robert Morris University where she set an NCAA record with 3,809 career saves.

Joe is a current assistant coach with the Robert Morris University Colonials NCAA Division 1 team where he is responsible for working with goaltenders. Joe earned all state honors in high school in Minnesota with the likes of Jeff Taffe (Pittsburgh Penguins) and Paul Martin (New Jersey Devils). he then played two seasons for the Bozeman Ice Dogs of the AWHL.
Over the course of his NCAA Division 1 playing career with RMU, Joe appeared in 25 games and finished his career with a 3.30 goals against average with a .904 save percentage. Joe holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance.

Samantha is a recent graduate of Robert Morris University with a BA In Elementary Education. She played four years of NCAA Division 1 hockey at RMU where she earned a spot on the All-CHA Rookie Team in 2005-2006. She was named the Colonials' Co-Defensive Player of the Year by her teammates in 2006-2007. Samantha finished with a +5 rating after defeating Minnesota 7-4 on December 30, 2007. She ranked fourth on the team in 2008-2009 with seven power play points and finished her career with 37 points.
She has served as an assistant coach for the Team Pittsburgh U14 team and helped them win Silver Sticks as well as the 2010 USA Hockey National Championship. Samantha is currently a first grade teacher in the Quaker Valley School District.

Dave, a Minnesota native, has played at high levels throughout his career including Team Minnesota and competing at the USA Hockey Select 17 festival for the Minnkota district. Dave played high school hockey for Park High School in Cottage Grove, MN where he was selected three times as the St. Paul Suburban Conference All Conference Player, Minnesota All State Player, and the all time leading scorer for Park High School. Dave is a current member of the Park High School Hockey Hall of Fame.
At the age of 17, Dave left Minnesota to play Junior A hockey in the United States Hockey League (USHL) for the Tri-City Storm where he spent three seasons with the Storm and receive Rookie of the Year honors, Most Inspirational Player, and claimed the Anderson Cup USHL League Championship.
Dave then went on to play NCAA Division 1 hockey for the Robert Morris Colonials and assisted on victories over Ohio State, Notre Dave, and Boston University. Dave received his Bachelor of Science in Management in 2008.

Tyler Webb, a former Robert Morris University Division 1 forward, spend two seasons with the Colonials. Tyler is the current head coach of the West Allegheny varsity team which he lead to a 15-3-3 season and Runner Up of the Penguin Cup in 2009-2010.

Jeremy is the founder and current Performance Director for Finish First Sports Performance. He is a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) with the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Coach Hoy has directed summer performance clinics, speed and agility camps and team programs such as the RMU Hockey Academy, Pittsburgh Penguins Hockey Camps, etc.
